Swopzone may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of swopzone after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by the new terms as updated and / or amended. In detail: Use of the swopzone site: You may not copy, reproduce, re-publish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public in anyway, or use swopzone content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You further agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any swopzone content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. As a neutral facilitator, swopzone is not directly involved in the actual exchanges between submitters to the Site. Therefore swopzone has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of postings made by the submitters. Because verifying the identity of anyone on the Internet is difficult, swopzone cannot and does not confirm the identity of any submission. Swopzone also does not confirm nor verify the qualifications or background of the submitters.
